I've heard, ended on frontloading washing machine, which can also function in the dryer after washing program. Is it advisable to buy one instead of buying a washer and dryer separately. Can anyone advise on this topic

Never heard of such a machine. I do not think that it is possible. Water and electricity are not a good mix.
If it works. You can not a burden at a time. What if you dry in the vicinity of the dryer? They lost to the washing machine.
I think they keep separate a clever idea is to get disconnected the stack.

Over the years, some models that are created in a washer and dryer to see. GE and Westinghouse DID IT DID IT. Both versions had a lot of service problems. They stopped taking them, I'm sure because of the problems. DO NOT KNOW OF RIGHT NOW firm did not follow, however much. I would not buy one. I will not even buy a TV with integrated video is wrong, because the former does not matter either. Do not buy it. THE ONLY WAY TO THE PRODUCER PUT IT SO: 1 SOLD. I could go under the house and the mortgage: 2 IT WAS THE reduce a footprint and the cost of construction CHILD. He has a good incentive to buy when the transfer of people because they did not have his mortgage Laundry Equipment 30 years. WOW! You can go to the library and look for information in Consumer Reports.
It depends on how many people in your family. If you are more than 3, no. It would be able to load both. If you have space issues can also be a stack washer and dryer power. You can also subscribe to Consumer Reports (see link below online) for $ 4 - $ 6 $ for one month and you will see the results of the integrated washer and dryer to see if they are reliable.
Good luck! :)
